GREAT VILLA MARIA is located in Protaras Area in Kapparis. There are several sandy beaches within walking distance. The nearest beach is at the end of the street, it is the sandy Malama beach with a restaurant, which hosts various concerts of local artists and theme dinners during the season. On the other side of the street there are top restaurants and shops open all year round.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and two quality sofas (each with a 120cm mattress) for 2 people. In total, the house accommodates a maximum of 8 people plus a child up to two years old in a cot, which is available to guests. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so you will feel comfortable in summer and winter.
The villa has 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with an American refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, grill and other full equipment, so that you feel like in your own kitchen.
For entertainment there are 3 modern smart TVs, XBOX.
The main feature of the outdoor area is the pool and hot tub.The pool is 8m x 4m, everyone will definitely enjoy it to the fullest, especially children.For pleasant moments there is a hot tub more than 2 meters long.
